The court hearing for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s lawsuit against nontribal poker clubs in Tucson and elsewhere in Arizona has been postponed until Dec. 15.
The case had been scheduled for Sept. 29 before Pima County Superior Judge Leslie Miller.
The Pascua Yaqui seek a temporary restraining order to shut down the Club Royale poker room, 2665 N. Campbell Ave., which opened July 25.
