iMEGA announced this week it has a new big gun helping the organization prepare its challenge of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stephen Saltzburg, George Washington University law professor and one of Washington, D.C.’s most accomplished attorneys, has been working with the iMEGA legal team.

Saltzburg has a long history of practicing law as well as teaching it. He is a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Plus Saltzburg was chairman of the ABA Criminal Justice Section from 2007 to 2008.
