That's our money, we've paid our taxes on it, and if we as legal adults want to sit down and play cards at a table where we know they take a rake and we agree to it, then it's none of the government's business to shut us down. I believe a poker business should be under rules to ensure fairness, safety, and integrity, and of course I'm not against Big Brother getting a fair take so as to bring in more tax money for social services that we all take advantage of, so let's do the right thing and legalize poker, both in brick & mortar cardrooms and also on-line, and subject it to fair and intelligent oversight, and let us enjoy ourselves and maybe even make a buck or two while we're at it!
