I'm looking to initiate action against Pokerstars with respect to their permitting minors to sign up and play on the site without verifying their identity, and I'm not really sure where to start...well at least here in the US. Just wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

If nothing else, I'd like to provide the government agency that is going after the processors with the records of my transactions which were both by Echeck and Western Union cash. Any direction you could give would be greatly appreciated. I've filed my complaint with the Isle of Man...but I'm not expecting much there.

    Thanks.

The Isle of Man is on the Up and Up. You use "third world" in the one post, but in fact it is actually part of Europe and lies between England and Ireland.

These offshore poker sites operating illegally in the US are vulnerable through their financial processors, but more so on the withdrawal end. I'd recommend anyone wanting to hurt an offshore poker company make a withdrawal, cash the check, then forward a copy of it to the FBI. Arguably these money laundering operations handling things on the payout side in the US are highly likely to have other customers, including terrorists, so you can't feel real badly about hurting them!

The only way online poker will ever be legit is to pass legislation to make it legal in the US and run by US companies. Good luck with your fight!
