As a followup to my previous post, it is truly amazing to me the lack of due diligence on the part of these online poker companies in verifying the identity of a person opening an acccount. Apparently a policy of maximizing signups and figuring out who they are at the time of a withdrawal request is the most profitable.
I don't see where companies operated under such total lawlessness will ever adapt to a regulated environment.
