Look everyone, your crazy if you think that these politicans actually give a shit about your issues. They care about there pockets. on-line gaming and legal home poker tournaments arent fattining their pockets. in my opinion here's what need to happen, someone just open up a real deal poker room(not no bullshit fire hall game run by idiots). Now it does state in pa law illegal gambling that it does exclude playing cards from illegal gambling. Thats all it states about playing cards, since they laws are so gray then challange it.

Challenging laws by breaking them may well get you a forum however, there is a better and smarter action.
We at the Free Poker Experience have sued New York State (seeking a Declaratory judgment) declaring that the New York state Penal code is unconstitutional in regard to bar/tavern poker. See Pres Release below:

The New York State Penal Law (§ 225) states that playing any game wherein you risk “something of value” is gambling. The State further defines “something of value” as anything “…involving entertainment or a privilege of playing at a game or scheme without charge.
New York State Penal Law seeks to have nothing defined as something and to impermissibly broaden the definition of gambling past any reason or constitutional test; because the player is entertained, enjoys the exercise or even dares to engage in the game, according to Benjamin Scheck, managing member of The Free Poker Experience.
